American record holder Shelby Houlihan receives 4-year ban following positive drug test

Chinese official found dead and five arrested during probe into marathon deaths
He was identified as Jingtai County Communist Party Secretary Li Zuobi. Last Friday, the Gansu provincial government handed down punishments to 27 officials, posthumously exempting Li but sacking his deputy, Zhang Wenling. Olympics: 8,500 athletes qualified, 80% to be vaccinated by games: IOC
