The Zuma Foundation Announces Wildfire Recovery Program: The annual triathlon launches the first ever Triathlon Wildfire Recovery Program, looking to the future and paving the road back to normal for those who lost homes - a unique partnership between the event, the Challenged Athletes Foundation and event sponsors

Malibu, Calif. (February 12, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Zuma Foundation is thrilled to announce that the highly anticipated Zuma Beach Triathlon taking place on September 13-14, 2025 is launching the first ever athletic based wildfire recovery program, consisting of complimentary entries and training programs for those who lost homes in the Franklin, Eaton and Palisades Wildfires.

“My personal motto is to always be making a difference in people’s lives, what better way than to utilize the energy and beauty of the Zuma Beach Triathlon in Malibu as a way to pave the road back to recovery and normalcy for those who lost their homes.” said Executive Producer Michael Epstein. “I reached out to our partners and our board of directors, and they immediately jumped on board. As Malibu residents we know firsthand the pain that the devasting fires can cause”. The event will offer complimentary race entries, the Challenged Athletes Foundation will offer complimentary swim training at their CAF summer swim clinic series at Zuma Beach, Tower 26 will offer free swim video review and Newbury Park Bikes will offer Cannondale demo bike usage at the CAF Clinics.
