TREW Gear Brings “TREW To You” Film Project to Rossland, British Columbia

The final week of in-person showings kick-off at the historic Miner's Union Hall.

Rossland, BC – /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – TREW Gear is excited to announce a special hometown screening of TREW To You in Rossland, BC, on Monday, November 4th at the historic Rossland Miner’s Union Hall. TREW To You is more than just a film; it celebrates skiing and snowboarding communities across North America.

The TREW To You series is a film contest inviting ten teams from different regions to showcase their creativity and passion for skiing and snowboarding. Each team has crafted a unique story highlighting their local scenes and are competing for the grand prize of $15,000. The winners are chosen through audience voting, and the films are premiered in each team’s hometown, making every screening an authentic celebration of community and creativity.

Rossland’s local team, Ski Serious, features athletes Kole Harle, Jess Kuzik, and Jeff Ashton, as well as the creative talents of filmmakers Ashley Voykin and Aidan Croskrey. Their film showcases the local terrain of Red Mountain through the imaginative lens of Alice in Wonderland. You’ll want to go down the rabbit hole with these shredders.

“At its core, TREW To You is about more than snowboarding and skiing. It’s about capturing what makes each of these communities special and giving them a platform to share their story,” said Jess Joyner, TREW’s Community Manager. “We are excited to bring this to Rossland, a place with a rich history and strong connection to mountain culture. The Ski Serious film is one of the most creative of the year and will surely be one of the most fun premieres all year!”
