Announcing TRAVERSE Tanzania: A New Adventure in the Heart of Africa

Kilimanjaro, Tanzania — Red Knot Racing Company announces the launch of TRAVERSE GRVL, an extraordinary 5-day gravel cycling race set to take participants through the stunning and rugged backcountry of northern Tanzania, from the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro to the shores of Lake Natron.

TRAVERSE offers a unique opportunity for gravel cyclists to experience the raw beauty of northern Tanzania’s diverse landscapes. Participants will encounter spectacular scenery, varied terrain, and extraordinary wildlife viewing, all while immersing themselves in the rich culture of Tanzania’s Maasai people.

The 5-day adventure is part of a larger, all-inclusive 8-day experience. Participants are provided with airport pickup and drop-off, accommodation, all meals and drinks, logistics, park fees, and medical services.
