TicketSocket teams up with The National Cycling League in a multi-year partnership to provide a white label ticketing and registration solution
August 9, 2023
Throughout the year, the partnership will support VIP hospitality, amateur events, and community rides.
/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – This week, the National Cycling League (NCL), the first professional cycling league of its kind, announced an official ticketing partnership with TicketSocket. This is one of the many new partnerships that are being officially recognized leading up to the 2023 NCL Cup Series races in Denver on August 13th and Atlanta on August 20th.
Through its commitment to diversity, the National Cycling League is setting an unprecedented standard for inclusion in professional sports. As part of its mission, the league impacts and transforms communities. With more than 50 million cyclists in the U.S., the league aims to increase cycling passion and enthusiasm among the next generation of fans. It also reduces the knowledge barrier through the addition of a scoreboard and establishing a league structure similar to other professional sports. As the first majority-women and minority-owned professional sports league in the U.S., the NCL is dedicated to reimagining the future of sports and ownership.
“TicketSocket prides itself on its strategic alliances and NCL is no exception. Their innovative model for criterium racing, scoring, and fan experience is paving the way for the sport’s future. We’re looking forward to this year and beyond” said TicketSocket Chief Financial Officer and President, Kai Blache.
The TicketSocket platform, an innovator in white label ticketing solutions, will handle ticketing and registration aspects of the business. This will help NCL scale VIP offerings, amateur events, and community rides where possible.
“Our goal is to provide consistent offerings to the cycling community at our events and throughout the year. With TicketSocket, we will be able to continue to scale our initiatives to provide the best fan experience and impact the community” said NCL Director of Business Development, Scott Miller.
For the NCL’s inaugural season TicketSocket will join a fleet of other best-in-class team partners including Wahoo Fitness, TicketSocket, PowerBar Sports, Rudy Project, FSA/Vision, DeFeet, POC, Factor Bikes, Nix, Link My Ride, and GCN+.
The 2023 NCL Cup Series will be held in Denver on August 13th and Atlanta on August 20th. TicketSocket will kick off the partnership by powering VIP hospitality tickets for both events. For more information, visit www.nclracing.com.
