Boston, MA – March 1-2, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Boston Run Show returns to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center March 1-2, 2025, offering an event packed with running inspiration and a motivating experience for runners of all levels. The next expo will collocate with The Boston Outdoor Expo, creating two events in one weekend! The 2025 events have just announced the full speaker lineup featuring Olympic runners, local athletes, adventurers and stories from those who have achieved epic feats. The expanded speaker line-up spans across two stages and promises to energize and inspire attendees through the weekend.
Speaker Highlights: The agenda includes some of the most influential voices in the running world:
- Meb Keflezighi, Olympic medalist and Boston Marathon winner, will share insights into elite racing and personal resilience. He will also join a panel about AI in run training on the Running Skills Stage.
- Des Linden, a Boston Marathon champion, will inspire with her journey through endurance sports.
- Conrad Anker, Alpinist and renown world explorer.
- Jessie Krebs, reality TV personality (History’s “ALONE: season 9” and National Geographic’s “Mygrations”)
- Andrew Alexander King, founder of The Between Worlds Project, a foundation dedicated to breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity in outdoor exploration
- Lazarus Lake, founder of the Barkley Marathons, will discuss ultra-running challenges.
- Dave McGillivray, Boston Marathon race director, will delve into what it’s like running for fifty years with his personal running stories.
- Chris Bertish, a professional speaker, big wave surfing Mavericks champion, stand up paddle board Guinness World Record holder, best-selling author, award-winning film director, philanthropist, conservationist, ocean pioneer and entrepreneur.
Additional speakers such as co-author of ‘Becoming a Sustainable Runner’ Tina Muir, co-founder of Freetrail Dylan Bowman, and runner, content creator, and donut connoisseur, Alex Hermanson is the internet’s resident “big dude who runs a lot” will address topics ranging from trail running to sustainability and mental health in athletics. The Marathon Handbook Podcast will present the 2025 trends on running shoes, races and beyond followed shortly after by The Boston Athletic Association giving a clinic for 2025 Boston marathon runners!
Women’s safety and age is not left off the agenda, with Founder of Running Mate Dena Lewis hosting a panel on the best safety tips for women running. Nicole Armbrust will delve into a holistic approach of running in your 40’s. The stages boast a packed weekend of incredible content and insight for visitors to improve techniques and learn from some of the very best in the running industry!
More specifically for the outdoors enthusiast, the Outdoor Skills stage will house sessions about resilience and survival from Sara Kunz, climbing tips and tricks from Para-climber Kareemah Batts, plus size adventuring by Arwen Turner, beginners’ guide to fly fishing from Bill Holleran and many more.
Event Features: The organizers continue to build a list of interactive features, classes and activities suited for all ages so there is more to be announced.

- Running Skills Stage, offering practical workshops for improving technique and performance.
- Zen Zone, focusing on wellness with yoga and mindfulness sessions for runners delivered by Adina Crawford, also known as Deani the Yogini and Sarah from Holistic Roots Coaching.
- Gait Analysis Zone, sponsored by Aetrex, providing personalized biomechanical evaluations to help determine the size of shoe and recommended structure to suit the runner’s foot.
- Climbing Wall for all ages, abilities to try out!
- Bushcraft Skills Workshops offer sit down sessions to cover survival tips and how to create rope from vines delivered by Tim Swanson and his team.
- Outdoor Skills Workshops for Women. Visitors can learn how to use a compass, fero rod, knot craft and the 5 needs to survive!
- Shake Out Runs & the first ever Boston Run Show Plogging event, will be announced closer to March.
