The Boston Run Show confirms Marathon Sports as Official Retailer for second edition of major running expo

/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Following the inaugural success of The Boston Run Show USA in Massachusetts, in February 2023, Marathon Sports confirms their involvement as the headline retailer for the second edition of the show, 2024.

Organizers welcomed 18,000 ticket registrations and thousands of visitors through the doors of the Hynes Convention Center to the launch, last month. The next edition of The Boston Run Show, is set to take place January 27th -28th, 2024 and will substantially grow from the support shown by leading brands and partners in the running industry.

Craig Hanratty, Event Director “Despite the freezing temperatures in February, the Boston strong runners showed their determination to visit the first ever Boston Run Show on the East Coast. Thousands of runners and their families showed up to enjoy a weekend of running inspiration and find new products from brands. The event was backed and supported by renowned retailer, Marathon Sports, who will join us again for the next edition, bringing the latest products from running shoes, apparel, and accessory brands into the show too. Now, with just under a year to plan the next edition, we are excited to continue to work with an iconic New England running retailer and grow the show for the runners in Massachusetts.”

Marathon Sports has over 40 years of delivering innovative products and serving the running community. Their 21 New England retail locations are the hub of the running community; offering training groups, clinics, and supporting local events and races. The 2023 Boston Run Show saw Marathon Sports bring RightFit shoe fitting, gait analysis with aertex, t-shirt printing plus running brands Goodr, Junkbandz, and Sprints. For the next edition, plans for the Marathon Sports booth are underway.

The running expo will welcome runners from Boston and surrounding states who are looking for an inspirational day out to see the latest gear, tech, apparel, expertise, and inspiration. The show is for those who are just beginning to run or those who are going to complete their next race. The expo is designed to welcome the community of Boston, no matter a runner’s ability, sexual orientation, or race.
