February 4, 2025

Superfeet appoints new Chief People Officer, Chief Growth Officer, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Marketing and Head of Digital Product

FERNDALE, Wash. (Feb. 4, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Superfeet, the global leader in performance insoles, today announced a series of strategic leadership appointments, deepening its commitment to a people-first culture while fueling the company’s next phase of growth and solidifying its focus on performance and innovation.

After twelve years of dedicated service and leadership, Annie Quammen has been promoted to become Superfeet’s first-ever Chief People Officer. In this expanded executive team role, Quammen will continue to oversee the company’s Global Human Resources operations and take on a key leadership role driving Superfeet’s purpose pillars: people, planet and philanthropy.

“Annie’s impact on our culture and commitment to our values has been transformational,” says Trip Randall, CEO of Superfeet. “By elevating her role to Chief People Officer, we are not only recognizing her exceptional leadership but also reinforcing our dedication to the Superfeet team and community. Annie’s promotion is a testament to how we view our people as our most valuable asset. Her guidance will be instrumental as we advance our efforts in sustainability, inclusivity and giving back.”

Leading the charge as Superfeet’s Chief Growth Officer is Dan Bailey, who joins the company from Traeger, where he served as VP of US Sales for nearly three years. Prior to that, Bailey led a cross-functional group of product, marketing, and commercial teams for Nike. Bailey’s deep understanding of sports performance, specialty retail, and his growth-focused leadership style make him a perfect fit to guide Superfeet’s future success.

Complementing Dan’s focus on growth, Mike Donnelly joins Superfeet as Vice President of Marketing. Donnelly, a former professional runner, brings a wealth of experience in brand building and product marketing storytelling, most recently leading brand marketing efforts for Nike Global Running and serving in a wide range of strategic-driven roles during his two-decade career there.

Rounding out the leadership team, Superfeet has appointed Jiewei Fridgen as Vice President of Operations. Fridgen brings two decades of experience in strategic planning across global and international markets, global supply chain management, operational excellence and team development from her tenures at Nike and Eddie Bauer. Fridgen will be essential in optimizing Superfeet’s operations to meet growing demand while reinforcing sustainable practices across the supply chain.

Heather Allerdice-Gerow also joins Superfeet as Head of Digital Product. With more than two decades of experience in product innovation, Allerdice-Gerow will be instrumental in shaping Superfeet’s digital product journey. She brings expertise from high-profile projects across various industries, including her recent work at global consultancy firms Symphony and 3Pillar Global, and leading Nike’s digital initiatives.

“We warmly welcome new team members and rightfully acknowledge the leaders already part of Superfeet,” said Randall. “Working together with our incredible team, we will leverage their expertise to drive sustainable growth, foster a culture of innovation, and continue to develop indispensable products that support athletes at every level.”

These key leadership changes strengthen Superfeet’s commitment to a people-first culture and a reinforced focus on developing innovative performance products that empower athletes. By fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence, Superfeet is poised for accelerated growth and an even greater impact on the industry and beyond.
