March 6, 2025

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah. (March 6, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Ragnar Trail Zion, one of the most iconic races in the Ragnar Relay portfolio, is officially sold out for 2025.

Taking place May 9-10, 2025, at Zion Ponderosa Ranch, just a few miles from the east entrance to Zion National Park, this race provides an amazing trail running experience. With Zion’s famous Checkerboard Mesa and Cedar Breaks as a backdrop, every mile is packed with red dirt trails, towering pines, jaw-dropping views and stunning landscapes. Zion Ponderosa Ranch is a premiere village with a pool, hot showers, restaurants, vacation homes and cabins. It is no wonder that Trail Zion is Ragnar’s most popular event.

“I can’t wait for this event, it is the highlight of the running calendar every year,” said Paul Jesse, Trail Zion Race Director. “It is exciting to see this race sell out and I am looking forward to 450 teams having an experience they will never forget. The trails and experience at this race are second to none. Every trail runner should make it a goal to participate in Ragnar Trail Zion at least once.”

Ragnar Relay races push teams of runners to conquer stunning landscapes, like this one, over the course of two days and one night. With two race formats—Road (around 200 miles) and Trail (about 120 miles)—participants put their endurance, teamwork, and resilience to the test.

Ragnar expects registration for the 2026 race to open on Monday, May 12, 2025. Those interested in participating will be able to register at https://runragnar.com/pages/race-trail-zion
