QBP lays off about 2% of its workforce

Quality Bicycle Products reduced its workforce by 2% on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the distributor said the reduction was “to ensure our long-term sustainability and success as we continue to navigate the powerful, unpredictable economic pressures and unsteady shifts confronting the bicycle industry.”
Multiple QBP departments were affected, the spokesperson said, but won’t impact North American distribution centers. BRAIN
