TAMPA, Fla. (Oct. 4, 2023) – IRONMAN is pleased to unveil its late summer and early fall 2024 IRONMAN® 70.3® triathlon race calendar for events taking place in the United States. Several popular IRONMAN 70.3 events across U.S. will open for general registration on Wednesday, Oct. 11. Athletes looking to experience one of the world-class IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons can register by visiting www.ironman.com/na-open-2024.

Below is a listing of IRONMAN 70.3 triathlons in the United States that will open for general registration on October 11:

July 13, 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Muncie This historic race is one of the oldest IRONMAN 70.3 races in North America. The Hoosier state is home to a race with small-town charm and a rich athletic history, sure to inspire all who take it on. The race begins Southeast of Muncie at Prairie Creek Reservoir, with a calm lake swim, followed by a fast out-and-back bike 56-mile bike course on closed state highways and beautiful Indiana country roads. Cap the day off with a competitive run around the south side of the reservoir with gorgeous rolling hills that will challenge everyone who toes the start line.
Sept. 7, 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Wisconsin Madison knows how to host an IRONMAN event and athletes won’t be disappointed with the IRONMAN 70.3 course they’ll traverse on race day. Not only will athletes appreciate the beautiful Wisconsin landscape, but they’ll also experience the Midwestern charm and Big City culture Madison has to offer.
Sept. 8, 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Santa Cruz This event builds on the history of one of California’s longest-running events. Santa Cruz has all things outdoors: surf, sand, and sun. From historic lighthouses to the Santa Cruz Surfing Museum, the Beach Boardwalk to the Santa Cruz Wharf, your support crew will never be short on things to do. On race day, you’ll love the bay swim around the wharf, scenic bike along coastal cliffs, and spectator-lined run finishing on the beach! The IRONMAN 70.3 Santa Cruz triathlon is a must-do event for any athlete looking to add a low-key end-of-season race to their calendar.
Sept. 15, 2024 IRONMAN 70.3 Michigan Come experience the IRONMAN 70.3 Michigan triathlon and find out why this race received so many Athlete Choice Award accolades! The swim start and finish are both located right next to the transition area on beautiful Betsie Bay. The bike course traverses historic highway M-22 and surrounding roads in beautiful Benzie County.
