The Tree Dasher Celebrates Community and the Transformative Power of Movement

Seattle, WA – April 14, 2021 – Oiselle and Allbirds have teamed up on an exclusive collaboration to launch a limited edition version of Allbirds’s Tree Dasher. The running shoe will feature illustrations by Memphis-based artist Mia Saine meant to encourage every body to move and celebrate the inclusive movement in active communities.

The Oiselle x Mia Saine Tree Dasher is a fresh take on Allbirds’s first running shoe, introduced in April 2020. The Dasher is powered by natural materials such as Eucalyptus Tree fiber, Merino Wool, and sugarcane-based SweetFoam™ midsoles that offer serious performance potential while treading lighter on the planet. In addition to the shoes, Oiselle will launch a t-shirt with the same design.

Saine is an illustrator and designer based in Memphis, TN. Their people-oriented designs aim to push the boundaries of inclusivity and explore ways to improve lives. They take inspiration from space, nature, 60s/70s/80s culture, music, self-discovery, anime, and social issues.
