NYCRUNS Announces Official Charity Partner Program for 2022 Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon

Brooklyn, NY November 18, 2021/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – NYCRUNS, one of the fastest growing consumer health and wellness businesses and the organizer of the 2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon, today announced the Official Charity Partner Program. The 2022 NYCRUNS Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon, which will be the largest startup launch for an envisioned race, will evolve the traditional charity partner program for mass participatory races by offering more inclusive and consistent pricing across both the marathon and half marathon, lower fundraising minimums, and no charity partner fees. 

The program will have three levels — Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 — with various benefits and allotments of entries.  Most notably, as part of Tier 3, which will be called Community Partners, NYCRUNS will be giving out one-thousand free entries in the race exclusively for local New York City & Tri-State 501(c)3 charitable organizations, who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.  The free entries will be given to local organizations with $1M annual operating budget or less.

Additionally, CAMBA, who is the benefitting charity of the NYCRUNS Prospect Park 5K on marathon weekend, and NYU Langone Health will be two of the featured Tier 1 Signature Charity Partners of the 2022 Brooklyn Marathon & Half Marathon. Both organizations will have entries in the race and exclusive benefits for runners that are only available to Tier 1 Signature Charity Partners.

This exciting new partnership is an important step in achieving that mission.
