Nike Sparks Backlash for ‘Never Again’ Ads at London Marathon

Nike is facing backlash for using the phrase “Never again” in ads that ran near the London Marathon on Sunday.
The phrase “Never again” is typically associated with Holocaust remembrance and used as a vow to prevent such atrocities from happening again.
Nike’s billboards, directed at runners in the 2025 London Marathon that drew more than 56,000 participants, included the slogans, “Never again, until next year” and “Never again, see you next year.” Ad Week
