The Naptown Half Marathon & 10K/5K Opens up Race Ambassador Application

ANNAPOLIS, MD– The Naptown Half Marathon & 10K/5K, operated by Legendary Sports Group, announced today the opening of the 2020 Race Ambassador program.

The program will feature an unparalleled rewards and incentive program that is based on a points system.  Essentially, the more runners an ambassador can recruit to participate the more points they can earn and be eligible for incentives.

The incentives alone are worthy of wanting to apply.  Ambassadors can receive a $50 Amazon gift card, a choice of either a Garmin Forerunner or Fitbit Versa 2 watch, a pair of Beats by Dre Powerbeats Pro, 3-months of custom meal prep and a Peloton Bike or Peloton Tread.

“We wanted to create something really special that will help grow our race and reward our Race Ambassadors for helping us get there”, said Matt Florio of Legendary Sports Group and the events Race Director.  “This race is a community event in Annapolis and we want to rally our community and get everyone involved in this event.”

In addition to the incentives, ambassadors will receive custom race gear, complimentary entries and ambassador only events like Happy Hours and access to the Race Ambassador area at the post-race party.

The deadline to apply to become an ambassador is February 7.

The Naptown Half Marathon & 10K/5K will be held on May 30, 2020 and will start and finish at Navy-Marine Corps Stadium in Annapolis, MD.
