Mancini sentencing delayed to November

Cycling industry investor Samuel Mancini, who was originally scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 17 after pleading guilty to one count of securities fraud, will now be sentenced on Nov. 17.

Mancini was the director of a Denver-based fund that planned to invest in several well-known Italian cycling brands. He was arrested in July 2021 and now faces up to 20 years in prison and a $5 million fine for the one count. Bicycle Retailer
