Live Feisty Media launches the Big Fit Girl Uncensored Podcast in partnership with Louise Green

The fourth podcast from Live Feisty Media will expand upon Green’s Big Fit Girl movement

Victoria, B.C. –  Live Feisty Media is pleased to announce the release of the podcast Big Fit Girl Uncensored in partnership with author, speaker and coach Louise Green. The podcast, released today, will expand upon the movement that was initiated by Green’s 2017 book, “Big Fit Girl: Embrace the Body you Have.” The podcast will be the latest offering that accompanies the Big Fit Girl app, coaching and online community focused on expanding the body positive fitness space.

The podcast is the fourth release from Live Feisty Media, a media company that currently produces three podcasts in the endurance sports space: the IronWomen podcast, hosted by pro triathletes Alyssa Godesky and Haley Chura; If We Were Riding, hosted by Live Feisty Media founder Sara Gross and Olympian Sarah True; and Girls Gone Gravel, hosted by gravel cyclists  Kristi Mohn and Kathryn Taylor.

The new podcast will be hosted by Green and already has an all-star line up of guests including Meredith Atwood and Dianne Bondy. Green has been involved in the fitness industry for over a decade with the primary goal of changing the narrative and the idealistic standards of our fitness culture. With the new podcast, Green will continue to focus on delivering content specific to her movement. She says:

“I think there is a real thirst for content that is raw, honest and talks about the realness of life as a woman in a larger body. Throughout history, plus-size women have been taught to shrink and change and in recent years with the Body Positive Movement, that is shifting. I want Big Fit Girl Uncensored to be a show that women (and men) can rely on to usher that liberation.”

Episodes will air weekly beginning July 1, 2020 and will be available on the Live Feisty website as well as on iTunes, Spotify and other podcast channels.
