Kristian Blummenfelt Leads Stacked Santara Tech Eagles in Super League Triathlon’s 2023 Championship Series

LONDON, UK/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Tim Don and Kristian Blummenfelt have united to form the Santara Tech Eagles for Super League Triathlon’s 2023 Championship Series.
Don, the legendary former athlete turned Team Manager, has brought on board Olympic champion Blummenfelt in a signing that also sees the company the Norwegian part-owns take over the Eagles.
Don has also moved to sign other big names including France’s World Champion Leo Bergere and Australia’s Matt Hauser, the runner-up in last year’s Championship Series.
Also joining the Eagles, and announced for the first time today, are Emma Lombardi, the French sensation who gets her first taste of senior SLT action having previously raced as a junior, and Jeanne Lehair from Luxembourg, who has continued to excel after finishing seventh in the 2022 Championship Series.
Fanni Szalai also joins Don’s Eagles. At just 15-years-old, the Hungarian sensation, who set the triathlon world alight at the Arena Games, is a precocious talent and will become the youngest ever athlete to race in the Championship Series.

Blummenfelt, the Olympic champion, also an Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Champion, is an athlete to fear, and on his quest to retain his gold in Paris will be a major force in this year’s Championship Series.
The Super League Triathlon 2023 Championship Series is:
- August 27: London, UK
- September 3: Toulouse, France
- September 30: Malibu, USA
- October 21: NEOM, Saudi Arabia
The Santara Tech Eagles are the first team to be revealed for the 2023 Championship Series, with the RTP Sharks, RTS Warriors and Bahrain Victorious Scorpions to be revealed in the coming days.
