JackRabbit and Olympia Sports Partner to Donate Supplies to Healthcare Workers Amid Covid-19 Pandemic

Denver, Colorado – JackRabbit and Olympia Sports announced they have partnered with key sports brands in the running and athletic industry to gather and deliver donations to medical workers who are on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brand partners who generously contributed donations are Asics, Feetures, GU, HOKA ONE ONE, Honey Stinger, Medterra CBD, Puma, Reebok, Saucony and Under Armour.

The brands donated running shoes, athletic apparel, athletic socks and sports nutrition. JackRabbit and Olympia Sports’ distribution teams collated and distributed the donations to select hospitals located close to JackRabbit and Olympia Sports stores in Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York.

The hospitals who have received donations of shoes, athletic apparel and nutrition are:

• Denver Health, Colorado
• Sturdy Memorial Hospital, Massachusetts
• Overlook Medical Center, New Jersey
• New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, New York
• Woodhull Medical Center, New York

he COVID response and support teams at each hospital have been overwhelmingly thankful and gracious of the support. In the current environment, having extra shoes and apparel affords them the opportunity of not having to transport clothes back and forth, as well as keeping them comfortable and supported during long shift work.
