First Descents Expands Partnership with Heli

DENVER, Colorado (October 16, 2024) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/– First Descents (FD), a leader in adventure-based healing, is pleased to announce that it is now the official nonprofit partner of Heli, an online marketplace designed to connect the outdoor community with the best adventure experiences worldwide. This partnership establishes First Descents as the exclusive recipient of Heli’s generous corporate giving, as well as auction experiences and adventure creation for the FD community. Furthermore, Heli will assume management of Stoke Broker, a cause corporation originally established by FD that provides custom outdoor experiences for private groups, corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Stoke Broker was created to offer custom adventure design for private, corporate and impact travel. Similarly, Heli enables people to build transformative adventures across the globe. Founded in 2015, Heli has an extensive network of providers offering experiences that include surfing, biking, kite surfing and heli-skiing.

In addition to a guaranteed five-figure philanthropic annual commitment, Heli’s relationship with FD will bring enriched support to the nonprofit that includes enhancements such as sponsorship of FD’s annual Silverton Shred and FD Ball events, along with complimentary auction experiences donated to bolster fundraising efforts. Heli also will offer eventual trip design for FD alumni to augment Community Adventures, along with curated experiences for FD donors and corporate partners.
