Feisty Media Launches Menopause Summit to Disrupt and Transform the Conversation Around Menopause.

Dr. Stacy Sims, Selene Yeager, Amanda Thebe, and Kacy Duke will headline a new conference for 40+ active women

Victoria, BC— July 28, 2021. Feisty Media is producing a hybrid conference focused on helping active, performance-minded women thrive during their menopausal years.

The Feisty Menopause Summit will combine presentations from knowledgeable educators with a fun, feisty vibe, ultimately building a community of women who are ready to change the conversation around menopause. Speakers will include industry leaders and experts on women’s physiology, nutrition, symptom management and mental performance. The event is focused on women entering perimenopause through the menopausal transition and into post-menopause.

Dr. Stacy Sims will be headlining the conference. Dr. Sims is an applied researcher specializing in women’s health and performance. She is the author of the best-selling book, ROAR, and has hosted hundreds of women in her Women are Not Small Men and Menopause for Athletes courses. Joining Dr. Sims will be Amanda Thebe, author of the best-selling book Menopocalypse and celebrity trainer Kacy Duke.

Selene Yeager, host of the popular Feisty podcast Hit Play Not Pause and co-author of ROAR believes that the first-of-its kind summit is long overdue:
