January 13, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Everesting, the globally renowned endurance challenge brand, is thrilled to announce the launch of its first official events, marking an exciting chapter in its evolution. Known for pushing the boundaries of human capability, Everesting is bringing its unparalleled experience to organized events, beginning with an epic hiking challenge in the majestic mountains of Ordino-Arcalís, Andorra, and soon extending to cycling events in South America, Europe and Australia.

The Inaugural Event: Everesting 48h Challenge in Ordino-Arcalís

From May 29 to June 1, 2025, the Everesting 48h Challenge will debut in the breathtaking landscape of Ordino-Arcalís, Andorra. In a unique exercise of self-improvement and resilience, participants will climb the elevation equivalent to Mt Everest —8,848 meters— by completing 19 ascents of the Creussans Trail over 48 hours. Starting at 2,220 meters above sea level, they will hike the 3-kilometer trail to the Tristaina Viewpoint at 2,700 meters, repeating the climb until accumulating the iconic elevation gain of Everest at their own pace. Participants can hike day or night, choosing when to take on the challenge, when to rest or sleep, and how they want to structure their journey.

This fully supported event combines physical endurance with exceptional amenities, including premium accommodation in a purpose-built tented camp for glamping in style; round-the-clock gourmet nutrition crafted by triple-Michelin-star chef Eneko Atxa; advanced recovery systems including cryotherapy recovery; and seamless logistics, such as airport shuttles and professional coaching. Designed for both challenge and camaraderie, the Everesting 48h Challenge offers participants the chance to connect with nature, test their limits, and share an unforgettable experience with like-minded adventurers, all while pacing themselves throughout the 48 hours.

Registration for the Everesting 48h Challenge in Ordino-Arcalís opened on December 13th with a capacity of 400 entries.
