ENVO calls these multi-purpose vehicles the ‘SUVs of E-Bikes’ thanks to the design as both a full-featured urban/commuter bike and a fully capable cargo rig. First, both the ST50 and D50 come standard with the ability to switch between 500w and 750w of power, with simple at-home procedures, and still comply with local/regional regulations to fit into any of the three recognized e-bike classes. The latest iteration is also fully UL-certified to meet battery and electrical-system regulations where required.

Combined with its sturdy-yet-lightweight hydroformed alloy frames, and different rack system options – all designed with a sleek and fast aesthetic, unlike so many other bulky and awkward cargo bikes – the D50 and ST50 are equally at home zipping over city streets, heading into the country for some fitness riding, or lugging a full load of groceries. They can even comfortably accommodate a 2nd passenger, and a two-battery option is also available to add to the already impressive range.
