Dream Run Camp to Host Special Retreat for Boston Marathon Qualifiers

Flagstaff-Based Event to Be Hosted by Acclaimed Running Author Matt Fitzgerald
Flagstaff, ARIZONA – September 17, 2024/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Dream Run Camp, a year-round residential training camp for adult runners, today announced plans to host a special retreat for Boston Marathon qualifiers next April. Boston Boot Camp is billed as a two-week pro-style training experience designed to prepare marathon enthusiasts for their best possible race.
Hosted by Matt Fitzgerald, creator of Dream Run Camp and author of 80/20 Running, How Bad Do You Want It?, and numerous other books, the retreat will feature supported runs, individual coaching, massage and other special services, luxury accommodations, and full access to Dream Run Camp amenities that include a commercial-quality gym, recovery lounge, sauna, and spa pool. Kicking off on April 1 and wrapping up on April 15, Boston Boot Camp is timed to coincide with runners’ peak training and the first part of the pre-race taper period.
“Qualifying for Boston is a big accomplishment for any runner,” Fitzgerald said. “But having a great race in Boston is an even bigger accomplishment. Runners who participate in Boston Boot Camp will arrive in Hopkinton with the confidence of knowing they have prepared as well as any professional marathoner.”
