Coach Stephanie earned her PhD in Nutrition & Exercise Science from Oregon State University and earned an International Olympic Committee Sports Nutrition Diploma. A limited number of athletes will have the opportunity to work directly with Coach Stephanie to build a nutrition program uniquely designed for their athletic goals, lifestyle, preferences.

Athletes who sign up for CTS Sports Nutrition Coaching start with a thorough nutrition consultation, followed by a comprehensive nutrition analysis. On an ongoing basis, athletes receive workout and race day nutrition plans, day-to-day meal plan recommendations, ongoing progress reports and feedback, twice monthly phone consultations, and unlimited email communication. Cost for the package is $375/month with a 3-month minimum commitment.
In addition to earning her doctorate with a dissertation study that examined the impact of exercise intensity on appetite hormones in elite female runners, Stephanie has unparalleled practical experience in managing and optimizing nutrition for demanding events. As a professional ultramarathon runner, Stephanie won the Western States Endurance Run, Lake Sonoma 50, Bandera 100k and earned podium finishes at Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB) and Courmayeur-Champex-Chamonix (CCC).
