Corte Quaiara Winery Signs On to Sponsor Gran Fondo National Series

April 15, 2025

Italian producer of premium wines expands Series’ international partnerships

Gettysburg, PA (April 15, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Gran Fondo National Series today announced that Corte Quaiara Winery has signed on as a Series sponsor for 2025. Male and Female Gran Route Overall podium finishers at six annual Series-owned events will take home bottles of Corte Quaiara wine.

“We’re very excited to have Corte Quaiara Winery join us as a Series Sponsor, the company is a great match for us. Corte Quaiara is a small family-owned business whose wines are hand crafted with immense pride and passion, just like our Series events. The personal approach and dedication Giovanni takes toward producing his wines is remarkable; it reminds me of my own dedication to create the Series. Over the years I’ve gotten to know Giovanni and visited Corte Quaiara vineyard a dozen times; it gives me great pride to award Corte Quaiara wines during our podium presentations. This truly showcases our Series events as unique and personalized,” said Series Founder and Event Director, Reuben Kline.

Corte Quaiara, a family-owned winery in the Veneto region of Italy, founded in 1950 by a family that has been producing wine for over 150 harvests, produces hand crafted wines of the finest quality. They have vineyards that produce Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, Goldtraminer, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Teroldego, Merlot, Oseleta, Corvinone, Garganega, Sangiovese. The moraine hills in the region were formed 10,000 years ago after the retreat of the glaciers, with the formation of Lake Garda. This is why their soils are thin, stony, with an important portion of limestone, which force the vines to give their best and are of fundamental premise for obtaining acidity, minerality and flavor. The vineyards benefit from the Garda microclimate, with hot summers, good rainfall, and strong temperature swings until the grapes are harvested manually.

“I’ve known Reuben for many years, he often visits my vineyard with our friends from Garda Bike Hotel. I saw in Reuben’s approach to his event series, the same kind of personal passion I dedicate to my land and my vines; the drive to create the best product I can and to always be at the center of operations.” said Giovanni Montresor. “I’m happy to partner with Gran Fondo Series, to support Rueben’s passion, and gain further exposure in America for my wines.”

Corte Quaiara wines will be awarded as podium prizes at the following Series-owned Suarez Gran Fondo National Series events:

The partnership with Corte Quaiara is another example of the international appeal of Gran Fondo National Series. International brands like Corte Quaiara, SUAREZ, Garda Bike Hotel, Monari Federzoni, and Andiamo Cycling recognize the value of introducing their brands to US consumers through partnerships with Gran Fondo National Series.
