CLASH Endurance Announces Collaboration with USAT for Long-Course National Championship Event

Daytona, FL/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – CLASH Endurance is excited to announce that it will serve as the host venue for USA Triathlon’s Long Course National Multisport Championship this December. Taking place at the iconic Daytona International Speedway® on December 1-3, 2023, thousands of athletes from around the globe will embark on a triathlon, duathlon, aquabike or relay event experience crossing the famed “Daytona 500” finish line. Top athletes in each event category will qualify for the World Triathlon Multisport Championships, taking place in Townsville, Australia on August 15-25, 2024.

The Championship Event weekend will be comprised of the following:
• Long Course Aquabike: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike
• Long Course Triathlon: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
• Long Course Duathlon: 3.1 mile run, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run
Additionally, the CLASH Endurance Daytona weekend includes a variety of events for the entire family including:
- “Jingle Jog” 5K where participants run through more than one million holiday lights
- Short and long-distance triathlons and duathlons for the beginner to seasoned athlete
- For cyclists looking for the ultimate challenge, Redline Relay is a new concept that allows teams of 3-8 riders to strategize while utilizing a famed NASCAR pit as their home base. The first team to complete all laps takes the win!
- Less competitive cyclists can also take part in the speedway with a one-of-a-kind fun event allowing athletes ranging in ability to take their bike of choice for an hour ride around the speedway! “Test Track” is a non-timed, non-competitive ride at The World Center of Racing.
