Cadence Sports acquires H2O Operations

Austin, TX (Jan 6, 2025) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Cadence Sports, Inc. has acquired H2O Operations, LLC, the largest WaterMonster service provider in the country. The acquisition comes in the wake of founder Rick Margiotta’s passing after a long and courageous battle with Lymphoma.

H2O Operations services 150+ events around the country each year and provides drinking water distribution and other event infrastructure services. H2O’s primary product, WaterMonster, is an Austin, Texas born product that provides zero waste drinking water solution for mass gatherings of any kind. The WaterMonster tank was first developed in 2009 by Kevin Huff who currently presides over the retail sales of WaterMonster equipment.

The acquisition closed on January 1, 2025 with the entity, H2O Operations, LLC transferring underneath the Cadence Sports, Inc. parent company umbrella. All existing H2O Operations staff and equipment will also transfer.
