BibRave Adds Key Staff Members to Support Continued Growth

New hires and internal promotions have the company poised to deliver strong programs for a growing number of key clients

January 29, 2025 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – BibRave, the leading-edge endurance and fitness marketing agency, recently announced the appointment of several key hires and promotions from within and outside the organization. Since early 2024, BibRave has added four key hires to its growing team of marketing experts. These hires will support BibRave’s three major lines of business: Influencer and Community Management, Experiential Solutions, and Event Promotion.

Most recently, BibRave has hired Wendy Wheless as Head of Partnership Development. Wendy brings over 20 years of marketing experience across consumer packaged goods, professional and collegiate sports, and nonprofit leadership. As the former CEO of Marathon Kids, she championed transforming children’s lives through running. Wendy’s expertise in brand strategy and experiential marketing will be instrumental as she leads BibRave’s efforts to expand services into new verticals.

BibRave also promoted Richard Patty to Senior Account Manager, helping to spearhead the company’s growing Experiential Solutions division. Richard has been a valuable member of Team BibRave since April 2023, initially joining the company part-time, quickly moving to a full-time employee, and now onto Sr. Manager. He is a critical driver of the company’s event and experiential solutions portfolio, having played an instrumental role in BibRave’s ExAward winning Brooks Speedrun LA project, Camp Strava – the platform’s annual gathering of industry leaders, and Nuun’s year-round Field Activations.

Over the past year, BibRave has also welcomed three new team members:

Elizabeth “Shae” Benton joined as an Account Coordinator in early 2024. Shae’s background in marketing spans agency experience to brand solutions at P&G and Lululemon. Her passion for detailed planning and embodying the company’s “Find a Way” ethos make her a great addition to BibRave’s Experiential Solutions team.

Liam Tracey has come on board as an Account Coordinator, primarily supporting the Influencer Management division, bringing a passion for sport and experience in the start-up tech world. With elite project management skills, Liam has already elevated every aspect of BibRave’s client projects.

Liam Norman joined as Community Manager at the end of 2024, bringing a wealth of social media communication and community-building experience. Li worked hand-in-glove with BibRave in his role with Knockaround sunglasses, helping to launch and nurture a vibrant, diverse community of brand advocates and ambassadors.

In 2024, BibRave experienced 45%+ YOY growth, fueling the ongoing expansion of the team and continued investments in internal tools and resources to better serve its clients.
