Growing Global Recognition

With its growing reputation, TRAILCAT THE RACE has strengthened its international reach through its partnership with TORX® Experience. This collaboration aims to elevate the event onto the global long-distance calendar. Looking ahead, the 2026 edition will mark the race’s fifth anniversary with the introduction of TRAILCAT 300, an extreme challenge covering 500 km across the stunning landscapes of the Prades Mountains, Montsant, and Costa Daurada region. The event aims to establish itself as a premier sporting and tourism attraction, drawing the world’s best long-distance runners.

Among the top female favorites, Claire Bannwarth from France and Annita Lemanh from Switzerland stand out as strong contenders. In the men’s category, notable participants include Galen Reynolds from Canada (795), Ales Frlic from Slovenia (798), and Martin Perrier from Switzerland (758). Additionally, experienced runners such as Luca Papi from Italy, Maarten Naaktgeboren from the Netherlands (655), Mohamed Haadi from Morocco (685), and Oriol Antolí from Spain (718) will also be vying for top positions in this highly competitive race.

Invitations to Tor des Géants 2026

As an added incentive, TRAILCAT THE RACE offers direct invitations to Tor des Géants 2026 for the top finishers in the 100- and 200-mile distances, bypassing the usual lottery process.
