Laurita Kaigler-Crawlle Joins Finish Strong Foundation As Executive Director

Kaigler-Crawlle will lead the strategic growth of the foundation as it seeks to expand its impact across New England

BOSTON, Mass. (Dec 20, 2024) /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – The Dave McGillivray Finish Strong Foundation has announced the hiring of Laurita Kaigler-Crawlle as Executive Director. Kaigler-Crawlle will utilize her 20 years of experience as a public health and healthcare practitioner in the role. As the foundation sets its sights on future growth, President Dave McGillivray and the Board of Directors noted Kaigler-Crawlle’s proven leadership in change management, data-driven improvement strategies and scaling. In the Executive Director role, she will provide leadership, direction and management oversight to ensure the organization’s mission is effectively carried out and its goals are achieved. She will serve as the primary liaison between the nonprofit and the community at large, and drive the financial growth of the foundation.

Kaigler-Crawlle’s previous positions include her role as Project Director of the Boston Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Practice Transformation Director at Upstream USA and Executive Director for the Massachusetts Region of Health Leads, Inc. Her resume shows a career-long dedication to creating healthier communities, as well as creating efficient and effective teams that can deliver.

Kaigler-Crawlle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Organizational Management from the Cambridge College School of Management. She is a member of the Board of Directors at the Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, a member of the American Public Health Association, and is part of the Emerging Leaders Program at UMass. She is a Trained Improvement Director with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

Kaigler-Crawlle resides in Roxbury, MA, with her husband Ori. She is the mother of three children: Ori Jr., Menen, and Ife. She enjoys swimming, taking long outdoor walks, and watching soccer with her son.
