Feisty Media’s 2nd Annual Women’s Performance Summit is All About Empowerment

Alison Mariella Désir, Amelia Boone, Dr. Stacy Sims, and Lael Wilcox among the headliners of the 2022 Feisty Women’s Performance Summit

Victoria, BC— February 17, 2022 /ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE/ – Feisty Media is hosting the second annual Women’s Performance Summit focused on providing active women the information they need to get the best from their bodies. The summit will focus on four pillars of performance for women – physiology, nutrition, mental health, and culture.

The 2022 Feisty Women’s Performance Summit will offer over 20 educational sessions from vetted experts with a fun, feisty vibe, ultimately building a virtual community of women who want to get the best from their bodies. Speakers will include industry leaders and experts on women’s physiology, nutrition, psychology, mental health, and culture.  Presentations and panels will focus on all stages of life, from youth to mid-life, pregnancy and post-partum, menopause, and beyond.

Returning for a second year as a headliner is Dr. Stacy Sims. Dr. Sims is an applied researcher specializing in women’s health and performance. Joining Dr. Sims will be Amelia Boone, one of the most accomplished obstacle course racers in the history of the sport. Boone is outspoken about her 20-year battle with anorexia and the lessons she’s learned in the process of recovery.

Also on the main stage will be ultra-cyclist Lael Wilcox, running advocate and activist, Alison Mariella Désir, and Colonel Yvonne Spencer, founder of FastChix.

The goal of the summit is not only to give women the information they need to feel empowered to reach their goals, but to also create an empowering culture.

The virtual event will take place March 25-27, 2021. Tickets are $99 for the weekend pass or $149 for the annual pass, which gives participants access to the replays until 12/31/22.
