The Mesa Marathon’s 10-Year Anniversary Presented by Mountain Vista Medical Center

In conjunction with Mountain Vista Medical Center, the Mesa Marathon will be adding some perks for runners and spectators to commemorate this 10-year milestone and welcome back the historic event.
The Mesa Marathon presented by Mountain Vista Medical Center welcomes runners of all ages and skill levels. Distances of a full marathon (26.2 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), and a 10K are available, as well as a 1K for children.
