Using feedback from event directors, the new check-in tool from athleteReg is focused on giving event directors the tools needed to keep event check-in contact-free.

athleteReg is excited to announce the launch of the newly created check-in tool to help event directors with both managing participants as well as merchandise on event day with QR code functionality to seamlessly scan in participants. In addition, the check-in tool has multi-device capability with updates done in real-time.

Events can use the QR code functionality, or they can search for a participant by name. Once a participant is selected, customizable participant information will be viewable such as address, email, phone number, as well as custom questions that pertain to the event check-in, team name, USA Cycling license status, and more.

Event directors can quickly and easily set up multiple devices in volunteer mode so more than one event staffer can check in participants. With the database updating in real-time, the tool can also be used for merchandise fulfillment without any fear of accidentally giving out duplicate orders.
