De Soto offers More Sizes & Designs to fit the Everyday Female

De Soto Sport is offering more sizes and styles in its 2014 Femme Collection.  The team of women designers, led by CFO Tracy M. De Soto, who is a lifelong endurance athlete, has focused on creating its De Soto Femme line to fit the realistic and current demographic of women multisport participants.

“Lets face it: not all endurance sport athletes are supermodels – nor should they be. My focus was to make endurance-sportswear for the average woman and embrace females of all body types,” says Tracy M. De Soto.  “For 2014, our Femme size offerings have been updated to offer extra large, instead of extra small and by designing both tops and bottoms that work for all body types.”

Other innovations for 2014 are the De Soto Sport Femme Carrera TriShort with Wrap-Around Sarong. This unique new short combines the technical features and benefits of De Soto’s Women’s Tri Short – with a skirt wrap made of De Soto’s Micro Surf Stretch fabric. The one-piece wrap simply buttons into place for easy grab-n-go for running, cycling, or the gym, coffee shop, or after a workout.

Also newly introduced, the Women’s Carrera Ruche Top (WCFT) is designed for superior fit, stability and fashion, yet also allows for modesty over the abdomen area where some women prefer not to have fitted spandex. It includes two cleverly hidden pockets in the shoulder straps large enough for gels, a credit card, a folded bill, or a key, when out for a run.
